Our Pagoda is suitable for mid sized groups of 20-35 people and those wanting additional exclusivity and privacy. Cottage Near Clubhouse
This Picnic facility is perfect for small group gatherings of 9 to 12persons. A great place to relax and have fun with your friends and families. This Picnic facility is located near the Clubhouse and the Frog Kiddie Pool.

If you want a relaxing spot in La Virginia Resort, the cottage near the Bebeng Guest House is the place to be. A relaxing breeze and the fantastic view of Taal Volcano is right in front of you as if it’s in the palm of your hands. This Picnic facility can accommodate at least 9 to 14 persons.
Gazebo
Our Gazebo is also a mini pavilion like structure that is near our Dolphin Kiddie Pool. It can accommodate at least 8 to 10 persons, perfect for picnics and small group and family gatherings. It also has a perfect spot for relaxing.
Ifugao Hut
If you want to go to Baguio and don’t have the time to do so, visit the Ifugao Village in La Virginia Hotel and Resort, where you can see the native Ifugao Huts of the Igorots. If you want to experience their home this Cottage is perfect for you. An extra ordinary experience is within this cottage and it can accommodate at least 2 to 5 persons.

From Lipa City – take the National Highway and travel to the Fernando Airbase. Turn tight at the Municipality of Mataasnakahoy (Highwoods) and follow our road signs.
• From Batangas City – take the Star Toll Highway and enter the Batangas Exit. Then exit at Lipa Exit turn left take the National Highway and travel to the Fernando Airbase. Turn tight at the Municipality of Mataasnakahoy (Highwoods) and follow our road signs.
• From Manila via SLEX – Take the South Luzon Expressway travel all the way to Calamba exit and take the Calamba Star Toll Link Road. Travel all the way to STAR Tollway. Exit at the Lipa Exit of the Star Tollway(around 20km from the Star Tollway entrance). At the Lipa Exit, turn left, then take the National Highway and travel to the Fernando Airbase. Turn right at the Municipality of Mataasnakahoy (Highwoods) and follow our road signs.

Rockport Dive, Batangas
The Rockport Dive Station was originally a private beach resort owned by the Dela Rosa clan from Taal, Batangas since the 1970′s. The cove, located at Sitio Balite in the town of San Luis in the province of Batangas was a sleepy and quiet area whose primary source of livelihood is fishing and minimal farming. The initial trade utilized by the family in developing the area was quarrying on the adjacent hillside and the quarried rock was used in several critical road and bridge works in the province of Batangas. The endeavor employed several barrio fisher folks within the area. The resort was made available commercially only on selected weekends during the summer season to select guests and family friends.

How to Get There
Rockport is conveniently located at Barrio Balite and Barrio Banuyo, San Luis in the Province of Batangas. By private transport, it can be reached via Tagaytay – Diokno highway (Payapa) route which is just approximately 2 hours from Manila. It is the last barrio in San Luis along the pristine Balayan Bay sea shore. From the resort, access to the different dive sites in Anilao can be made by boat such as Ligpo Island, the Cathedral, Maricaban and Sombrero Island, etc.
If you’re travelling through the City of Lipa, one could turn right into the new highway passing through Alitagtag then Balayan and entering into the southwest entrance of San Luis, through the Anilao side or if you’re going to Batangas City, one could take the main highway leading to Taal and then before turning to Lemery, take the bridge left heading towards San Luis.
Main access roads towards Rockport from Metro Manila are: (1) South Luzon Expressway through Sta. Rosa-Silang-Tagaytay into Payapa Road and then into Lemery, (2) South Expressway through Lipa City-Alitagtag-Balayan, or (3) Emilio Aguinaldo Highway or Coastal Road from Roxas Blvd. through Bacoor-Imus-Dasmarinas-Silang-Tagaytay in Cavite Province and into Payapa Road and then into Lemery.

How to Get There
1. From Manila, take South Luzon Expressway, exit at Batangas/Lucena/Legazpi.
2. Drive straight down the National Highway. Turn right and enter STAR TOLLWAY, (Sto. Tomas) then, take Batangas exit.
3. After passing the town of San Jose, follow directional signs to Batangas City.
4. Upon reaching Balagtas intersection, you may either go straight the National Highway or take the Balagtas by-pass, going to Batangas City proper. Should you decide to take the by-pass, turn left at the intersection of Batangas City-Bauan road, to Batangas City proper.
To Tabangao Docking Area:
1. From Batangas City National Highway, turn left on the street after the Lions Marker beside the Provincial capitol, then left to Don Ramos Street.
2. Turn immediate right, and drive down ahead.
3. Take the road to the right leading to SM City and drive straight ahead to Tabangao, passing by San Isidro, Shell Refinery.
4. Finally, turn right to a dirt road after San Miguel-Purefoods plant, and park your vehicle at Leah Beach.
If commuting:
1. Take any Bus Line (JAM/TRITRAN/ALPS) going to Batangas City pier, via Calabarzon.
2. Alight at the gate before entering the Pier’s passenger jeep going to Verde Island Resort-Batangas City Office, or request pick-up going to Tabangao Docking Area.

How to Get There
Public buses leave every 30 minutes from BLTB Bus Station on EDSA in Pasay City. Upon Arrival stop by at the Maya-Maya Liaison Office just 50 meters North of the Bus Terminal in Nasugbu.
Car transfers from anywhere in Luzon (including Metro Manila) can be arranged by contacting Maya-Maya.
The thrilling experience of arrival and/or departure by helicopter can also be arranged by contacting Maya-Maya.

Dive7000 located near the town of Anilao, in Batangas Province, Philippines looks over the beautiful Balayan Bay. Nestled under coconut trees, Dive7000 was one of the first resorts in Anilao. We have an international clientele, including guests from Hong Kong, Japan, Europe, Australia, and the United States.

Accommodations
Each room is designed for comfort, convenience and privacy. All rooms have a view of the sea.
Some rooms are airconditioned and the rest have electric fans. These are hardly used though due to the constant sea breeze.
How to Get There
- Take South Expressway
- Exit Calamba going to Batangas.
- Turn right and enter STAR Tollway
- There are 2 exits , one, which is straight going to proper Lipa, Take the U turn which is going to Batangas.
- Upon exit of Star Tollway , Turn right going to Batangas
- Go straight , you will pass Air Base, Petron , Shell , 2nd Petron & Nestle , then turn right going to CUENCA
- About 15 mins ,You will reach 2nd Caltex Station on a 4 way intersection, Take the Middle road straight goint to Bauan, ( Don’t turn right ).
- Upon reaching A Funeral Homes (15 mins.) turn right and you will pass Petron and a Bridge, and then turn left going to Mabini, Batangas.
- Go straight, passing AG & P, Petron Plant and PNOC.
- Upon passing Zigzag Hospital and reaching a rotonda, turn right.
- Go straight, follow the sign of Dive 7000 Resort.
